In the vicinity of the cottage is a large number of ski resorts, such as:
Ski resort Petrikovice
Ski Resort is located in the village Petrikovice, 8 km from Trutnov. Trails are situated at the foot of the mountains Jestrebi. Here you can cross-country ski and engage other winter sports.
Ski Park Mlade Buky
Skipark Mlade Buky, situated in Eastern Krkonose. The area offers skiing opportunities for families with children and skiers looking for a quieter slopes and lifts with no queues. 7 lifts and a three-chair lift offering you 5.1 km well-maintained and fully snowed trails and slopes.
Ski Resort Cerna Hora
The ski area is part of the ski region Skiarena Krkonose, where you can use a joint ticket (pass SKIREGION Krkonose). The ticket is valid also in Ski Pec pod Snezkou, Ski resort Velka Upa a Ski resort Mala Upa.
Ski Resort Pec pod Snezkou
Pec pod Snezkou is known not only as a starting point on the highest mountain in the Czech Republic Snezka, but also as an active mountain resort in summer and winter. Pec pod Snezkou benefits from its location and altitude, 800-1 602 m above sea level, which is 5-6 months covered by a blanket of snow.
Ski Resort Radvanice
The ski area is located in the village Studenka on the north side of Jestrebi mountains at an altitude of about 550-650 meters above sea level. The Jestrebi Mountains offer great downhill skiing and snowboarding. It also offers interesting opportunities for cross-country skiing, and in summer cycling and hiking.
Ski resort Arrakis, Zacler
This resort is located at the easternmost edge of the Krkonose. Its slopes are of all difficulty levels. Most of the time conditions for skiing are very good. Spacious slopes are technically snowed and maintained daily.
Spindleruv Mlyn Ski Resort
The area has excellent conditions for downhill and cross country skiing. There are modern and technically snow covered ski slopes and more than 100 kilometers of groomed trails.
